Terms of Use
1. Usage and Safety
1.a. Incorrect, disorganized, incomplete, and misleading information, as well as statements that violate general moral principles and the laws of the Republic of Turkey, cannot be uploaded to the site.
1.b. The works and content on this site may not be copied, in whole or in part, and used or attempted to be used for different purposes.
1.c. No software that threatens the general security of the site or that hinders the operation of the site and the software used may be used, no activities may be carried out or attempted, and no information may be obtained, deleted, or modified.
1.d. Members are obligated not to share their account with anyone else, not to transfer it to anyone else, and not to perform any action that would jeopardize the access information and security of their account. Members are directly responsible for the sharing of information such as usernames and passwords, and usage rights, provided to them or chosen by them, with third parties or organizations, or for the malicious use of this information by third parties, and for all consequences of such use. The member acknowledges that Vikingturizm.com has no responsibility for such uses and that they cannot make any accusations or claims for compensation against Vikingturizm.com. Vikingturizm.com is also not obligated to identify the identities of individuals who engage in such unauthorized uses. In case of such use, the member must immediately notify Vikingturizm.com. Similarly, members may not use another person’s IP address, email address, username, or other information on the internet, nor may they access or use other users’ private information without permission. All legal and criminal liabilities arising from such use belong to the member.
1.e. If Vikingturizm.com detects that a member has misused Vikingturizm.com’s campaigns, sales system, or website by exploiting any vulnerabilities (technical, etc.), causing harm to Vikingturizm.com, gaining unfair advantage, engaging in repeated practices, or benefiting from campaigns or sales conditions despite not meeting the required conditions, Vikingturizm.com reserves the right to cancel the transactions in question and terminate the user’s membership, in addition to all its rights under the law.
1.f. To access some services and carry out transactions through Vikingturizm.com, it may be necessary to be at least (18) years old. Vikingturizm.com may, if necessary, request consent from minor members to provide a document of consent from their parents. In this case, the person or member requesting membership or benefiting from a particular service has the obligation to respond to the request within one (1) day at the latest. Otherwise, the person’s membership application will be invalidated. If this person becomes a member, Vikingturizm.com may terminate the service or membership in question. Those under eighteen (18) years of age cannot be a party to any transaction requiring legal capacity (including but not limited to, they cannot benefit from the Campaigns offered on the Site), they cannot participate in lotteries, raffles and similar campaigns and arrangements that may be organized by Vikingturizm.com, and even if they participate and win prizes, these prizes will not be given to them. Vikingturizm.com may impose age limits on individuals to become members or on existing members to use some or all of its services, from time to time, continuously or intermittently, without notice and without imposing any additional obligation on Vikingturizm.com, in accordance with its company policy, business model, or legal regulations. In the event that existing members do not comply with the age limit(s) in question, their memberships will be cancelled as soon as possible without any notice. Within the scope of this clause, Vikingturizm.com may request that individuals or members provide or confirm their age to Vikingturizm.com, or document and verify it through methods such as identity verification based on Turkish Republic Identity Number. In this case, the person requesting membership or the member is obliged to respond to the said request within one (1) day at the latest. Otherwise, the person’s membership application will be invalidated, or Vikingturizm.com will have the right to terminate the membership. The member acknowledges and agrees that, due to the nature of the service and virtual environments, company policies, business models, or legal regulations may change frequently and radically.
1.g. Each membership can only belong to one person. Users guarantee that the information they provide in their profiles is their own, accurate, and true. Similarly, one person cannot create more than one membership. In both cases, if detected, they will be removed from membership by Vikingturizm.com without any notification. Furthermore, membership cannot be transferred or used by another person permanently or temporarily.
2. Content Usage
2.a. The visual and written content offered on Vikingturizm.com is for personal use only. All rights to all texts, graphics, photographs, videos, animations, and sounds contained on Vikingturizm.com are reserved. Unless otherwise stated, they cannot be used without permission and without citing the source for commercial or personal purposes. It is prohibited to publish any element of this site on another medium or website, or to link to it without the permission of Vikingturizm.com.
2.b. Copying or using the software used in the design of these pages and the creation of the database, all rights of which belong to Vikingturizm.com, is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, all graphics, texts, images, information, designs, and software used in the creation of the database contained within the site content are protected under intellectual property rights in accordance with relevant legislation.
2.c.Vikingturizm.com is open to all kinds of comments and criticisms. All comments and criticisms submitted to our site are our property and may be used for marketing purposes.
3. Responsibilities
3a. Information about users visiting Vikingturizm.com (visit duration, time, pages viewed) is tracked in order to provide them with better service. This information, while adhering to privacy principles, is shared with companies we collaborate with for advertising and other purposes to enrich and improve our content. Our aim is to ensure the site meets your desired specifications and to facilitate its development. By accepting these terms and conditions and beginning to use the site, users implicitly consent to Vikingturizm.com sharing this type of information with third parties, while adhering to privacy principles.
3.b. After completing the registration process and confirming their email address, individuals may become members of Vikingturizm.com and begin using the Vikingturizm.com website by entering their email address and password, provided they comply with the terms and conditions specified in this agreement.
3.c. While using the Vikingturizm.com website and services, the member agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Decrees and legal regulations regarding the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, the Law of Obligations, other relevant legislation, and all announcements and notifications that Vikingturizm.com may publish regarding its services. The member is solely responsible for all legal, criminal, and financial liabilities that may arise from usage contrary to these notifications and laws.
3.d. Any opinions and thoughts expressed by the member through the site are entirely their own personal views and are binding only on them. The site cannot be used for publishing opinions and statements for political and philosophical propaganda purposes. No behavior or comments that lead to unfair competition and damage the personal and/or commercial reputation of the member may be made on the site, and no activities or suggestions that may harm society or are contrary to general morality and laws may be made on the site. Words and actions that support a particular political view, or that are intended to insult, threaten, or harass are not permitted. In this regard, the member acknowledges that they are aware that they cannot share through the site any actions, writings, videos, photographs, slogans, pictures, cartoons, drawings, words, songs, melodies, or comments that are considered crimes or require compensation under the Turkish Constitution, the Turkish Penal Code, and other laws, that disrupt public security, national unity and solidarity, that are contrary to general morality, public interest, and fundamental rights and freedoms, and that they will be personally responsible if they act otherwise. The member acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they are obligated to meet and pay any claims that Vikingturizm.com and its officials may face as a result of this, including any fines and compensation that Vikingturizm.com and its officials may be required to pay. In this context, the member is solely responsible for the nature and content of the disclosed material, such as thoughts, actions, writings, videos, photographs, slogans, pictures, cartoons, drawings, words, and comments, to official institutions, organizations, third parties, as well as to Vikingturizm.com, its partners, and managers.
3.e. Due to failure to comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules stated on the Vikingturizm.com website, Vikingturizm.com may temporarily or permanently prevent the member from using Vikingturizm.com and/or cancel their membership.
3.f. Members may not engage in actions that prevent or hinder other members and visitors from using Vikingturizm.com, nor may they overload or lock the servers or databases with automated programs. They may not attempt to deceive or manipulate data. Members agree and undertake not to access or use other members’ private, confidential programs, files, information, or similar content without authorization. Otherwise, their membership will be terminated, and they will be solely responsible for all legal and criminal liabilities arising therefrom.
3.g. The Member explicitly declares, accepts, and undertakes that they solely and undisputedly own all rights to all content, including but not limited to, intellectual works such as thoughts, actions, writings, videos, photographs, slogans, images, cartoons, drawings, words, songs, melodies, and comments, provided to Vikingturizm.com for posting on the site, or that they have the right and authority to use, distribute, reproduce, publicly display, commercialize, etc., such content, and that no third party has any rights or claims regarding these rights. In the event of any violation, the Member shall be solely responsible for any legal action and claims against Vikingturizm.com. Vikingturizm.com is not obligated to verify the accuracy of this declaration, but may request documentation from the Member to substantiate this statement if necessary. The Member may not, under any circumstances, add, distribute, or copy any content, trademark, or other registered information protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights to the site without the prior written consent of the rights holder. Vikingturizm.com is not obligated, under Law No. 5651, to monitor content provided by members or investigate whether any illegal activity is taking place. Members are solely responsible for the content they provide to the site.
3.h. Backing up messages exchanged with Vikingturizm.com is the responsibility of the users and is recommended by Vikingturizm.com. Vikingturizm.com cannot be held responsible for the loss, deletion, or damage of messages due to the failure to back them up.
3.i. Members may not delete or remove any notices or warnings regarding Copyright, Trademark, and all other rights protected under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works from any material copied or printed from Vikingturizm.com.
3.j. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the member at any time via Vikingturizm.com. If you wish to terminate your membership, you can send a message to info@Vikingturizm.com. The user who terminates their membership will have their access to the site revoked with the terminated member profile. The person canceling their membership acknowledges that this action is irreversible. However, if the person wishes to become a member again, they can always create a new membership independent of the first one. Termination of the agreement by the member does not mean that the content provided by the member will be removed from the system or made invisible, and Vikingturizm.com has no responsibility in this regard. The member can reactivate their membership, which they have suspended, by logging into Vikingturizm.com with their current email address and password. In this case, they are deemed to have accepted the terms of the agreement valid at the time of reactivating their membership.
3.k. Vikingturizm.com is free to delete or retain any records related to a member account terminated by Vikingturizm.com or the member themselves, and the member cannot claim any rights or compensation regarding records stored or deleted in the member database. The information you provide may be used by Vikingturizm.com for data purposes. Due to the nature of the service, some or all of the content provided by the member may remain visible on the site to ensure that other members can receive the service without interruption or in full. Similarly, due to the nature of the service, except in cases where the member withdraws the content they provided from the site during their membership, even in cases where the contract is terminated by the member or their membership is suspended, the content in question is irreversibly processed into the Vikingturizm.com database, and all rights of Vikingturizm.com regarding the content under this clause remain unchanged.
3.1. Members are responsible for their own relationships with each other or with third parties.
3.m. Vikingturizm.com is not responsible for the content of the sites it links to (connections redirecting to different websites), promotes, or advertises, or for the services or products sold by the individuals or entities that own these sites, whether they are natural or legal persons. The risks associated with these are the responsibility of the visitors.
3.n. Vikingturizm.com reserves the right to use all information associated with your membership for its own marketing activities, provided it adheres to the terms of use, privacy policy, and applicable legal regulations.
3.o. Members may not use the site for any commercial purpose or activity, including but not limited to, activities aimed at selling or promoting any product or service. Members may not engage in activities that directly or indirectly generate commercial gain from other Vikingturizm.com members through the service. Members may not collect any personal information, including email addresses and phone numbers, from other Vikingturizm.com members for commercial or other purposes.
3.p. The member agrees and undertakes that they will not directly or indirectly infringe upon the rights of Vikingturizm.com by copying, imitating, or otherwise drawing inspiration from any part or all of the software, content, services, or elements constituting the site, within the scope of providing the service specified in this agreement.
3.r. Certain sections of the site may have specific rules and obligations. Individuals and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.
3.s. The Member acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that Vikingturizm.com is in no way a service provider, but merely an intermediary between the Service Provider/Business and the Member, and is not a party to the relationship between the Member and the Business based on the purchased service. In this context, the services to be provided by the "Service Provider/Business" are not the subject of this agreement, nor are they under the guarantee or warranty of Vikingturizm.com. Therefore, Vikingturizm.com’s role should be interpreted as a platform that connects the Service Provider/Business and the Member in the internet environment. Vikingturizm.com is not responsible for the defective or faulty service provided by the Business to the Member and/or its failure to be provided/provided within the specified time. The Member acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that such claims will only be made against the Business and will not be made against Vikingturizm.com.

3.u. The Member acknowledges that, as of the membership date, they are deemed to have accepted all the terms of these Terms of Use and that this agreement shall be binding upon them. The Member shall compensate Vikingturizm.com for any and all damages incurred as a result of their actions contrary to the obligations undertaken in this agreement, and Vikingturizm.com reserves the right to seek recourse from the Member for any compensation and/or administrative/judicial fines that it may be obliged to pay to public institutions and/or third parties due to the Member’s breach of contract.
3.v. By reading and accepting these membership and usage terms and conditions, the member shall be deemed to have consented to receive all commercial electronic communications sent by Vikingturizm.com. In this context, the member acknowledges that Vikingturizm.com may send electronic communications for informational, marketing, or advertising purposes without any prior permission from the member, using automated calling systems such as fax, email, and short message services, or other means of communication that operate without human intervention. The member may opt out of receiving electronic communications under these terms of use at any time without giving any reason; to do so, it will be sufficient to contact Vikingturizm.com using the contact information provided in the call or message. Vikingturizm.com will ensure that the opt-out request is communicated to it easily and free of charge; upon receipt of the request, Vikingturizm.com will immediately comply with the request.
4. Vikingturizm.com’s Rights and Responsibilities
4.a. Vikingturizm.com acknowledges and agrees that the member will benefit from the services subject to this contract, except for technical malfunctions, and that information other than the member’s personal information will not be shared with any third party or organization except for the performance of the service and legal obligations. If it is determined that the member has caused any electronic sabotage, attempts to interfere with earnings, and/or attacks that hinder the operation of the Vikingturizm.com site, or if a criminal complaint or official investigation request is received from official authorities regarding the member, Vikingturizm.com has the right to investigate and disclose the member’s identity information.
4.b. Vikingturizm.com provides the service "as is," "with all its defects," and "as available." Vikingturizm.com makes no express or implied warranties or guarantees regarding the service. In this context, Vikingturizm.com does not guarantee any level of service and/or security. Implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanship, and non-infringement, are also excluded. Vikingturizm.com may unilaterally amend this agreement without notice to ensure the continuity of the services it undertakes. Vikingturizm.com always reserves the right to unilaterally and without giving any reason, permanently or temporarily suspend, change the content of, or cancel the service it provides. The member accepts this provision in advance. The updated terms of use will be published on the Vikingturizm.com website under the same link with a new date update and will be notified to the member via email if deemed necessary. The updated terms of use will be effective from the moment they are published on Vikingturizm.com, and the use of the Vikingturizm.com website or its services will be subject to the updated terms of use from that moment onwards. It is the member’s responsibility to keep track of changes, and the member cannot claim ignorance of these changes at any time. If the member has any concerns regarding the service provided, they must immediately cease using the service and terminate this agreement appropriately. Membership of any member who has submitted materials to Vikingturizm.com that violate the terms of this agreement may be terminated unilaterally by Vikingturizm.com without any notice.
4.c. Vikingturizm.com makes no guarantee that any content or information available on the site or service is free from defects, errors, flaws, viruses, or anything that could alter or delete a member’s software, data, or device. The member is solely responsible for all content or other material viewed or uploaded through the site. In no event shall Vikingturizm.com be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the site or any content (including, but not limited to, breach of contract, negligence), even if the member has been previously informed of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the cause of such damages (including, but not limited to, loss of business, loss of profit, loss of interest, loss of reputation, loss of data, loss of programs or information, and the like).
4.d. Vikingturizm.com shall have no liability for damages arising specifically from the following causes: (a) errors, mistakes or defects in the Site or any content, or in any product, goods, software, information or services provided or downloaded through the service; (b) any viruses, software malfunctions or similar mechanisms.
4.e. Vikingturizm.com may collect any information about the member, directly or indirectly, and may use this information in the broadest possible way in all commercial activities, including sales activities, within the scope of the rights granted to Vikingturizm.com by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and this agreement, without harming the member’s legal rights.
4.f. Due to the nature of the Service, Vikingturizm.com may change all or part of the variable or default settings on the site, including but not limited to member profile settings and privacy options, without notifying the member. It is the member’s responsibility to keep track of these changes.
4.g. The term "force majeure" shall be interpreted as unavoidable events beyond the reasonable control of the relevant party and which Vikingturizm.com could not prevent despite exercising due diligence, including but not limited to natural disasters, riots, war, strikes, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failures, power outages, and adverse weather conditions. In all situations falling under the concept of force majeure as defined herein, and in all situations legally considered force majeure, Vikingturizm.com shall not be liable for any delay, incomplete performance, or non-performance of any of its obligations under this agreement. Such situations shall not be considered as delay, incomplete performance, non-performance, or default for Vikingturizm.com, and no compensation under any name shall be claimed from Vikingturizm.com for such situations.
4.h. Vikingturizm.com makes every effort to verify the accuracy of all content on the site. The presentation of a campaign on Vikingturizm.com is accurate at the time of accessing the site. However, changes may occur to the campaign content. Vikingturizm.com reserves the right to make any changes and updates to its pages at any time. Vikingturizm.com and its officials cannot be held responsible for any reservation, sales, or information errors that may arise from these changes.
4.i. Vikingturizm.com will not be held liable in any way under these terms of use and the user’s membership, except in cases of fraud and gross negligence.
5. Provisions Regarding Campaigns
5.a. Vikingturizm.com (i) allows its members to review the campaigns offered by contracted service providers/businesses through the Vikingturizm.com website, (ii) allows its members to make online reservations for the relevant campaign, subject to the terms and conditions published on the site and within the specified timeframe, (iii) collects the fee upon reservation, and (iv) transfers the collected amounts to the service provider/business. Vikingturizm.com’s scope of activity is solely to make these campaigns accessible to members through the website and to act as a platform for obtaining these opportunities. The only party to the contract with the member regarding the provision of the service is the business/service provider. Vikingturizm.com only acts as an intermediary in benefiting from the campaign. Therefore, Vikingturizm.com is not responsible for the performance of the service related to the campaign, or for any defects or faults.
5.b. When a member makes a reservation for a hotel, tour (or other type of accommodation), they will be asked to fill out online forms requesting information such as their name, (home or work) address, (work or personal) email address, (mobile, home or work) phone number, credit card information (credit card type and number, CVC code, expiration date, credit card holder’s name), and preferences regarding the reservation and smoking. This information is necessary to process, complete, and finalize the reservation (including sending an email to confirm the reservation). Vikingturizm.com cannot be held liable for any damages the member may suffer due to the use of passwords and information obtained by third parties through viruses or other software on the member’s computer, or due to the member’s negligence, and Vikingturizm.com reserves the right to claim compensation from the member for any damages incurred as a result.
5.c. Vikingturizm.com is an online and real-time booking site. The user is solely responsible for all financial and legal liabilities arising from bookings made through the site using their own username and password, and for the accuracy of the information provided. The terms and conditions of each Service Provider apply to all bookings made through the site. By making a reservation through any campaign, the Member is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the Service Provider/Business. These terms and conditions include availability, age limits, maximum occupancy rates, pet rules, and child rules. Failure to meet these conditions will result in no refund of the reservation fee. It is necessary and important for the Member to carefully read the participation conditions. The Member acknowledges that failure to comply with any of these conditions of the Service Provider may result in Vikingturizm.com incurring damages directly from the Member’s account and the cancellation of the reservation.
5.d. Vikingturizm.com negotiates with businesses on specific hotel rate tariffs to provide its services to its members and presents the resulting price to its members on its website. The campaign price is binding. By making a transaction on the site, the member authorizes Vikingturizm.com to make a reservation at the relevant hotel on their account for the total amount given on the site and to collect this amount from the credit card information provided. Vikingturizm.com is also authorized to collect any additional fees and taxes that may be added to this amount depending on the nature of the reservation.
5.e. Vikingturizm.com uses "3D Secure" systems to ensure optimum security during payment transactions. The information required for payment (e.g., credit card number) is not stored by Vikingturizm.com. This information is transferred directly to Vikingturizm.com’s partner banks. The transfer of information is carried out using SSL-based 128-bit encryption. Using online payment systems involves certain risks. Users use these systems knowing and accepting these risks. Vikingturizm.com accepts no responsibility in this regard. In particular, Vikingturizm.com is not responsible for any damages that a member may suffer as a result of transactions being made through the system using passwords and information obtained by third parties due to viruses or other software on the member’s computer or due to the member’s negligence. In cases of improper use of the credit card linked to the member’s account, Vikingturizm.com is not obligated to verify the accuracy of the information or the member’s identity. If improper use is detected, a refund of the collected amount is not possible. Vikingturizm.com accepts no responsibility in this regard. The reservation process is completed when Vikingturizm.com successfully records the payment made by the member. If the payment made by the member is unsuccessful for any reason, such as insufficient card limit, incorrect card password, etc., the reservation cannot be made. At the end of each transaction related to the purchased campaign, Vikingturizm.com will send the member a confirmation email containing a reservation number. Vikingturizm.com reserves the right to share this information with the Business in order to facilitate tracking member reservations and prevent any illegal activities.
5.f. The reservation fee is collected from the member via the website. The member hereby acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they are purchasing the service under the advertised campaign and the conditions described herein. An invoice will be issued by the business from which the goods/services were purchased. Vikingturizm.com will not issue an invoice to the member. Vikingturizm.com has no responsibility for any issues arising from the business’s failure to issue an invoice. The member acknowledges and undertakes that they are purchasing the product and service advertised and offered by the business through the Site, subject to the terms and conditions of sale advertised on the Site. The invoice or receipt for the amount paid by the member will be issued by the relevant business and given to the member during the use of the service. Vikingturizm.com accepts no responsibility for the issuance of this invoice.
5.g. Vikingturizm.com offers its members advantageous/discounted reservation opportunities for specific date ranges within the scope of campaigns. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the campaign terms and conditions, cancellation or modification of reservations made through Vikingturizm.com is not possible. By taking advantage of the campaign, the member acknowledges and agrees that cancellation or modification of the reservation is not possible and that they cannot claim any refund or compensation from Vikingturizm.com under any circumstances. However, provided that it is explicitly stated in the campaign terms and conditions, the rules for changes and cancellations may vary depending on each "Service Provider/Business". In such a case, Vikingturizm.com may charge an extra fee.
5.h. From time to time, businesses offering promotions may cancel or postpone the services subject to the promotion for various reasons. In such cases, the refund to the Member will be made by Vikingturizm.com on behalf of the business after the business approves this refund. Vikingturizm.com accepts no liability for any delay in this approval and therefore in the refund.
5.i. If the Member does not check in to the hotel on the first day of their reservation, they must inform Vikingturizm.com no later than the first night of their reservation if they wish to use the following days; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled. The Member acknowledges that if they do not check in to the hotel at the appropriate time on their reservation dates, they will be charged the full reservation fee, including any relevant additional charges and taxes.
5.j. Vikingturizm.com is not a provider of any service/campaign that it does not explicitly state is organized and offered by itself or its affiliated organizations. The member acknowledges that Vikingturizm.com acts only as an intermediary between the Service Provider/Business and the member, and is not a party to the contract between the member and the Service Provider/Business. For services offered through Vikingturizm.com, the sole responsibility for fulfilling any obligations imposed on the seller or provider by relevant legislation, including but not limited to the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection and related legislation under this law, and the Regulation on Distance Contracts for services falling within its scope, rests solely with the Service Provider/Business, a third party providing the service or product and not a party to these terms of use. The Member acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that Vikingturizm.com shall have no responsibility whatsoever in the event of the Service Provider/Business breaching its relevant obligations, that Vikingturizm.com makes no guarantee or warranty that these products or services will be provided in accordance with the law or as promised, and that the Member shall not make any claims against Vikingturizm.com for these reasons, but shall direct any relevant claims only to the relevant service or product provider.
6. Implementation of Legislation Regarding Distance Contracts
According to Article 2 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, dated March 6, 2011, and numbered 27866, Articles 5, 6, 7, 8, and Article 9, paragraph 1, of this regulation do not apply to contracts established with service providers in areas such as travel, accommodation, restaurants, and entertainment, where the provider undertakes the obligation to provide the contracted service on a specific date or within a specific time period. Therefore, Vikingturizm.com is not obligated to provide the member with any pre-information form or to allow them to exercise their right of withdrawal as stipulated in the regulation, nor can the member request to exercise their right of withdrawal or other rights regulated in these articles based on the aforementioned articles of this regulation.
7. Entry into force of the agreement
By completing the membership registration process, the member is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, and this agreement shall be considered to have entered into force. This agreement shall automatically become null and void without any warning upon the termination of membership in the cases mentioned above, or upon the occurrence of any of the termination events listed in this agreement.
8. Competent court and resolution of disputes.
The Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement.
9. Notification Addresses
9.a. Vikingturizm.com does not request postal addresses from its members in advance. However, the email address provided by the member to Vikingturizm.com will be accepted as the legal email address for all notifications related to this agreement.
9.b. The parties agree that unless they notify the other party in writing of any changes to their current email addresses within 3 (three) days, requests made to the old email addresses will be considered valid and deemed to have been received by them.
9.c. Furthermore, any notification sent by Vikingturizm.com using the member’s registered email address will be considered validly received by the member 1 (one) day after the email is sent by Vikingturizm.com.
10. Divisibility
The partial or complete invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remainder of this Agreement.
